Dr. Nikhil Aggarwal is a leader with proven record of translating his vision into reality. With a bright academic record, he has a decent 15years + experience on grass-root level on Agrochemical industry and a record time as a leader in Agro-chemical business. His role in ICHIBAN Crop Science is the best example of his able leadership, which he single-handedly started in 2016 from scratch with his sheer determination and vision.
Innovation is a key driver to his business strategy. He is constantly experimenting and working on research-based solutions to improve farm productivity and thereby raising level of profitability of the farmers.
After Successful completion of his graduation in Chemistry (Hons) from Delhi University ,Dr. Nikhil Aggarwal started his career the year 2001 at the age of 24 years in Agro-chemical Industry and later on lead the same company to a remarkable height. in his family business. He did his MBA from Lubin School of Business, Pace University, New York (USA). He rejuvenates his intellectual and management skill by attending various programs in reputed institutes from time to time.
He has been awarded with honorary “Doctorate” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in June 2012 for his constant quest for knowledge in Agri-Business Management. He constantly revitalizes his highly rational management skills by being a part of several programs organized by reputed institutes from time to time.
