Qualification :
After Successful completion of his graduation in Chemistry (Hons) from Delhi University, he did his MBA from Lubin School of Business, Pace University, New York (USA). He rejuvenates his intellectual and management skill by attending various programs in reputed institutes from time to time.
For his contribution to Indian Agriculture and society, he is awarded with Rajiv Gandhi Siromani Award, Gold Medal for Business Excellence & Rashtriya Ekta Award from Global Economic Council and Bharat Jyoti Award from Citizen Interaction Peace Society.
He was awarded with honorary ‘Doctorate’ in Kaula Lampur, Malaysia in June 2012 for his constant quest for knowledge in agri-business management. He constantly revitalizes his highly rational management skills by being a part of several programs organized by reputed institutes.
Past Experience:
Dr. Nikhil Aggarwal joined an Agriculture company, HPM Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd. as Director Marketing in the year 2001 at the age of 24 years. Under his leadership, he expanded the presence of the company in almost all states of India. Establishing a robust Integrated Management System (IMS) within the framework of ISO9001, ISO1400 & OHSAS was one of his biggest contribution to the company which addressed the Quality Assurance to the customers while safeguarding the Environments, Occupational Health and Safety of its stake holders.
To keep pace with the modern technology and to bring ecologically attuned technologies to the Indian Agriculture, Dr. Nikhil Aggarwal has been instrumental in bringing technological and managerial excellence in the company’s operation. In the year 2005, while the company’s annual turnover was less than 90 crores he took the daring decision to implement SAP, a world class ERP system in the Company & in all of its branches and factories in record minimum time. By Implementing SAP in HPM Chemical & Fertilizers in real sense he took a giant leap in shaping the company as the most disciplined and dedicated corporate house.
In April 2012 Dr. Nikhil Aggarwal was promoted as Managing Director of the HPM Chemicals & Fertilizers ltd. Under his stewardship, the company established a technical plant of 3000 MTA with state-of-art as well as brought many reforms while establishing a number of foreign collaboration to the company. Under his stewardship, he took the company from 25 Cror in 2001 to 500 Crore in 2014-15.
In August 2015, Dr. Nikhil resigned from HPM Chemicals & Fertilizers and established his own company ICHIBAN CROP SCIENCE LTD. The company is working on the theme of “Bringing the finest and the best speciality Japanese technology to the door-step of the farmers”.
Innovation is the key driver of his company’s business strategy. The company is constantly experimenting and working on research-based solutions to improve farm productivity and thereby, the productivity of farmers.
The company is in process of implementing world’s best ERP system SAP S/4 HANA in the company.
